Pollok's Smoked Sausage

This sausage is made from 100% Pork (ABSOLUTELY NO FILLERS, CEREAL, BINDERS, or ARTIFICIAL COLORINGS).  It is available in GARLIC, PLAIN and JALAPENO flavors.  Pollok's Smoked Sausage is also available as a Beef & Pork Sausage, only quality cuts of meat are used in Pollok's products.  Great for anything from breakfast to BBQ.

Pollok's Fresh Sausage

This sausage is made from Beef & Pork (ABSOLUTELY NO FILLERS, CEREAL, BINDERS, or ARTIFICIAL COLORINGS).  This product is also called "Wedding Brand Sausage", it is unsmoked and uncooked.  Pollok's Fresh Sauage is available with GARLIC flavoring and also JALAPENO & CHEESE.  Pollok's Fresh Sausage must be kept refrigerated as it is uncooked. Excess fat is trimmed from the meat used in this product.  This product is great for anything from breakfast to BBQ.

Pollok's Ready-To-Eat Sausage

This sausage is made from Beef & Pork (ABSOLUTELY NO FILLERS, CEREAL, BINDERS, or ARTIFICIAL COLORINGS).  This product is also called "Dry Sausage" and does not need to be cooked or refrigerated.  Almost all fat is trimmed from the meat used in this product.  Great snack or make it into a meal.

Pollok's Beef Jerky

This product is made from Beef (ABSOLUTELY NO FILLERS, CEREAL, BINDERS, or ARTIFICIAL COLORINGS).  The main ingredients in Pollok's Beef Jerky is Beef, Salt and Pepper, the way Jerked Meat used to be made.  The beef used has absolutely no fat on it.  Pollok's Beef Jerky is a great snack and kids love it.

Pollok's Cervalot Sausage

This sausage is made from Beef & Pork (ABSOLUTELY NO FILLERS, CEREAL, BINDERS, or ARTIFICIAL COLORINGS).  This product is also called "Dobra Kielbasa do Piwa" which means "Good Sausage for Beer".  This product is fully cooked and does not need to be cooked/heated or refrigerated, it is ready to eat.  Almost all fat is trimmed from the meat used in this product.  Great snack or make it into a meal.
